Gripsticks Advanced Program.

All the exercises in the advanced program will require excellent all round strength and focus to achieve.

If you have followed the earlier programs you should have built a good foundation for the exercises in the advanced program.

Your hands and fingers will be stronger, your balance and stabilisation will be more accurate, your max strength and endurance will be improved and you will be ready to take on this next step.

If you skipped straight to the advanced program we recommend that you go back to the beginners section and get to grips with the basic position, movements and exercises.
