All the exercises in the Gripsticks Intermediate Program will require excellent all round strength and focus to achieve.

If you have followed the earlier Gripstick programs you should have built a good foundation for the exercises in the Gripsticks Intermediate Program.

Your hands and fingers will be stronger, your balance and stabilisation will be more accurate, your max strength and endurance will be improved and you will be ready to take on this next step.

If you skipped straight to the Gripsticks Intermediate Program we recommend that you go back to the beginners section and get to grips with the basic position, movements and exercises.
